Directions to Nassau University Medical Center From the West on the Northern State Pkwy: Take the Northern State Pkwy to the Meadowbrook Pkwy South. Get off at Rte. 24 – Hempstead Tpk. going East. Go about 1 mile and make a left onto Carman Ave. This is the left at the corner just before the 20 story Nassau University Medical Center Bldg. There is a left turn lane. Once on Carman Ave. make the first right into the hospital campus. Continue about 100 feet until you come to an intersection where you must make a right or left turn; and make a left turn. Go past a parking lot on your right and the next bldg. on your right is Bldg. G – The Old Nurses Residence. Park anywhere in the circle in front of the bldg. or nearby and there is a ramp around the back of the building. The Gym is inside….you can’t miss it.
